From the olive to the oil
There are three significant factors when it comes to making extraordinary olive oils: First, the Spanish sun, second, the Andalusian tradition and experience, and last but not least the High-Tech production process. Together these three factors built the cornerstone for our extraordinary olive oil. Our unique production process, which we have perfected over the past four generations, is just like an excellent wine that improves with every year inside the barrel. The individual steps of the production process demand for special accuracy and attention. All production steps from the collection and the transportation of the olives to the mechanical treatment – the cleaning, milling, beating and the centrifugation – and ultimately to the storage and filling must pass stringent quality controls, in order to guarantee the well-being of our natural olive oil. It is especially here, where our oil benefits from our long lasting tradition and the experience of our Andalusian family business.
